Easy Lime Shrimp Tacos




 Easy Lime Shrimp Tacos 


Ingredients 

1 lb of Small Raw Shrimp 

¼ tsp of Adobo Lime Cilantro Seasoning

½ Tsp Cilantro Lime Pepper Salt Seasoning 

¼ tsp of old bay seasoning 

¼ tsp of garlic powder 

½ tsp of taco seasoning

¼ teaspoons of salt and pepper 

2 limes juiced 

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

4-5 flour taco sized tortillas

Toppings- chopped avocado,  1 diced tomato,  1 chopped onion, ½ cup of green leaf lettuce 

4 tablespoons of prepared guacamole


Directions 

  1. Preheat skillet to medium low heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

  2. Thaw shrimp, wash and remove shells and tails.

  3. In a small bowl combine all dry seasonings mixture. Add shrimp to the seasoning mixture. 

  4. In a  liquid measuring cup mix olive oil and lime juice. Pour mixture over seasoned shrimp. Coat all ingredients together.

  5. Place prepared shrimp in the preheated skillet. Set to medium - high heat. Remove Cook until shrimp is pink and slightly firm on both sides for 3-4 minutes on each side. 

  6. Remove skillet from heat and place shrimp on tortillas and add special toppings. Enjoy!

*** note you can add as much or as little seasoning to shrimp if you desire***
